4. Fees, Billing, and Payment

4.1 Pricing:

Fees for AICO Services are detailed exclusively in the executed Consulting Agreement or SOW.

4.2 Payment Terms:

Unless otherwise specified in the Consulting Agreement, invoices are due [Example: Net 30 days] from the date of issuance. We reserve the right to suspend Services for any account that is overdue.

5. Limitation of Liability and Disclaimers
